XPeng has officially entered the Romanian market, debuting with four electric models: the G6, G9, P7+, and X9. The launch is scheduled for June 15, marking an important step in XPeng's international expansion.

The entry into Romania makes it the fourth market in XPeng's portfolio, facilitated through a joint venture with AutoWallis Caetano. This partnership is equally owned by the Hungarian group AutoWallis and the Portuguese company Salvador Caetano, showcasing a collaborative effort to bring innovative electric vehicles to local consumers.

XPeng's lineup features a diverse range of vehicles, including medium and large SUVs, a fastback sedan, and a spacious electric MPV. The G6, XPeng's medium SUV, starts at €43,990 and offers a range of up to 535 km depending on the configuration. It is available in three versions: Standard Range, Long Range, and AWD Performance, emphasizing high DC charging speeds for the superior models.

The G9, XPeng's second SUV, begins at €59,390 and also offers three versions with ranges up to 585 km. It includes premium features such as optional air suspension and a high-end audio system, catering to a more upscale market.

The P7+, an electric fastback, starts at €44,890 and combines performance with a digitalized interior focused on comfort, while the X9, the most expensive model in the local range, is a large electric MPV priced between €74,890 and €89,390. In its Long Range version, the X9 boasts an impressive range of 600 km.

Founded in 2014, XPeng positions itself as a manufacturer of electric vehicles that integrates software technologies and intelligent assistance features into the driving experience. As competition in the electric vehicle segment remains high in China, XPeng is focusing on the European market as a key area for growth, striving to establish itself as a global brand of 'Physical AI'.
