Banca Transilvania and Endeavor Romania Launch Strategic Partnership to Boost Entrepreneurial Growth

Banca Transilvania is set to enhance the international reach of Romanian entrepreneurs through a new strategic partnership with Endeavor Romania. This collaboration aims to connect local businesses with international markets and Romanian business communities across Europe and the United States.

The partnership will introduce two key programs, running between 2026 and 2027, designed to accelerate the expansion of firms into new territories. One of these initiatives, Beyond Borders, is tailored for Romanian companies ready to explore international markets and will support entrepreneurs in taking concrete steps towards scaling their businesses.

As part of the Beyond Borders program, immersion sessions will be organized in Madrid in September 2026, followed by sessions in Athens in October 2026 and Istanbul in 2027. These events will serve as platforms for entrepreneurs to gain insights and make valuable connections.

Additionally, the Diaspora Gatherings will facilitate access to Romanian business communities, with events planned in New York in December 2026 and London in May 2027. These gatherings represent one of the most effective ways for Romanian entrepreneurs to understand and navigate external markets.

Ömer Tetik, the General Director of Banca Transilvania, noted that an increasing number of Romanian entrepreneurs are taking steps towards internationalization. He emphasized the bank's commitment to supporting these entrepreneurs, not just within Romania's borders but also beyond.

Mihnea Crăciun, the General Director of Endeavor Romania, highlighted that Beyond Borders is a collaborative project with Romanian Business Leaders. He explained that Diaspora Gatherings are instrumental for entrepreneurs seeking to comprehend foreign markets better.

As Romania's leading banking institution, Banca Transilvania is the largest supporter of Romanian entrepreneurship, serving approximately 600,000 corporate clients, including startups, SMEs, corporates, and large businesses. Endeavor Romania, as part of a global network dedicated to high-growth entrepreneurs, complements this initiative by facilitating access to mentors and international business communities.
