Ţara Dornelor launches Welcome Card to enhance tourist experiences

The introduction of the Welcome Card is set to enrich the experience for visitors to Ţara Dornelor, one of Romania's most cherished tourist destinations. This card offers a range of discounts that cater specifically to tourists, making their stay even more enjoyable.

With the Welcome Card, guests can enjoy a 10% discount on accommodation when booking a minimum of three nights. This discount extends to restaurants and local activities, ensuring that travelers can explore the culinary and recreational offerings of the region without breaking the bank.

Manager Mihaela Cocârţă of OMD Ţara Dornelor highlights the initiative as a way to better serve the needs of tourists. Many visitors have expressed that the Welcome Card meets their expectations and believe it will attract a younger audience, bringing more life to Vatra Dornei.

The region is also home to a unique panoramic minibus experience, priced between 160 and 250 lei. This allows tourists to appreciate the stunning landscape while enjoying guided tours. Additionally, there are nine excursions departing from Vatra Dornei to explore nearby attractions.

For families, a complete menu at local restaurants costs between 200 and 350 lei, making it a viable option for those looking to dine out. The Welcome Card can be used for any activity in the area, providing flexibility and varied experiences.
