This summer, Radio România Cultural invites listeners to embrace a slower pace of life through a series of engaging programs. Starting June 22 and running until September 6, the station will air a variety of shows from Monday to Friday, each designed to nurture emotional health and inner balance.

Andra Petrariu kicks off the morning with "Orașul vorbește" at 9:00 AM, a program that explores the concept of slow living. Following her, at 10:00 AM, Daniela Ivanov takes over with "O oră cu Dana," where she delves into themes of emotional health and personal equilibrium.

At 11:30 AM, listeners can tune into Dana Pitrop's "Vacanța în FM," which transports them to enchanting places like the Hearst Castle and the picturesque villages of mastic on the island of Chios. The program also touches on sacred forests in Estonia and discusses the digital revolution that reshaped the country.

In the afternoons, the series "Amintiri. Pagini de jurnal" airs from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, showcasing significant writers who share fragments from their own journals. These entries reflect on childhood, family, travel, exile, communism, and the essence of freedom.

Finally, at 5:00 PM, listeners can enjoy "Citim pentru tine. Cărți celebre în lectura autorilor," featuring readings from notable works like "Cartea Reghinei" by Ioana Nicolaie, "Toți copiii librăresei" by Veronica D. Niculescu, and "Acul de aur și ochii Glorianei" by Radu Paraschivescu. With this diverse lineup, Radio România Cultural promises a summer filled with inspiration and reflection.
