PWN România celebrates 15 years of growth and community

On July 15, 2026, PWN România celebrated its 15th anniversary, marking a significant milestone for the organization. The event, titled "Garden of Growth," took place at Jubile Concept Pipera and was attended by approximately 250 guests, all coming together to honor a journey of empowerment and community building.

Monica Eugeniu, the President of PWN România, reflected on the theme of the evening, stating, "When we thought about the theme of this evening, we realized that it speaks not only about the future. It actually tells our story. Fifteen years ago, a seed was planted, and today we see not just an organization but a community that has taken root and flourished."

The anniversary event included informal networking, culinary experiences, artistic performances, and engaging conversations among the members. Guests enjoyed a mini concert by David Dumitrescu and a celebratory concert led by Dan Bittman, while a fashion presentation supported by Riamor added a stylish touch to the festivities.

A central element of the evening was the "Tree of Growth," symbolizing the values and ideas guests contributed for the future of the community. Words like balance, courage, trust, empathy, friendship, community, sustainability, innovation, harmony, generosity, solidarity, professionalism, and sustainable projects were shared, embodying the spirit of collaboration and shared vision.

Looking ahead, PWN România will relaunch programs dedicated to entrepreneurship, mentoring, and the representation of women in boards this autumn. The organization is also committed to continuing the "Digital Museum of Remarkable Women" project in Romania, reinforcing its dedication to impactful community development.

Monica Eugeniu emphasized the responsibility of the organization moving forward, stating, "Today we have the privilege, but also the responsibility, to plant the seeds for the next 15 years: seeds of courage, trust, generosity, and solidarity that will become opportunities for future generations."

The new Board of Directors aims to build on the initiatives created thus far, strengthening the organization's identity and creating new opportunities for its members. Eugeniu concluded with a message of optimism, declaring, "We look at this mandate with confidence and responsibility, determined to transform ideas into relevant initiatives and challenges into growth opportunities."
