Currently, Romania boasts more than 30,000 available job positions, offering a range of opportunities for job seekers. The National Agency for Employment has reported a total of 30,142 job vacancies across various sectors.

Among these vacancies, there are 2,590 positions for professional drivers and 2,002 openings for couriers. Additionally, businesses are seeking 1,584 commercial workers and 1,510 cargo handlers, reflecting a diverse demand in the job market.

Notably, nearly 15,000 of these job openings are aimed at individuals without higher education qualifications, making it accessible for many people. Furthermore, there are just over 2,000 posts specifically tailored for university graduates, indicating a balanced approach to employment.

Despite the availability of jobs, Romania's workforce has seen a slight decline, with approximately 5.11 million employees reported in the spring, down by nearly 60,000 compared to the same period last year. This trend has led many employers to seek workers from Asia and Moldova to fill the gaps.

In a positive turn, over 47,000 individuals found employment through the agency's programs in the first four months of the year. This initiative not only supports the local economy but also highlights the ongoing efforts to connect job seekers with employers in need of skilled labor.
