New Guide for Construction Contracts to Launch in Romania

On July 26, the volume "Construction Law in Romania: A Practitioner's Guide for Construction Contracts in Romania" will be launched, marking a significant milestone as the first book in English dedicated to construction contracts in Romania.

This essential guide is authored by a team of legal experts, including Eugen Sârbu, Mihai Ionescu-Balea, Tasiana Timofticiuc, and Ana-Maria Damian. It aims to support practitioners, professionals, and investors involved in construction projects across the country.

The construction sector in Romania plays a vital role in the economy, contributing nearly 9% to the GDP, the highest contribution among EU countries.
