Mogo România expands its footprint with a move to Business Garden Bucharest

Mogo România has recently relocated to a new office space in Business Garden Bucharest, marking a significant expansion in its operations. The new office spans approximately 1,000 square meters, nearly three times larger than its previous location in Timpuri Noi Square, which was around 380 square meters.

As part of the Eleving Group, an international fintech company active in Europe and beyond, Mogo România plays a crucial role in the local market, which is one of its most important in terms of activity volume. Mogo offers flexible financing solutions tailored to the everyday needs of clients, including vehicle financing and consumer loans.

The company is actively investing in automation and artificial intelligence-based solutions, demonstrating its commitment to innovation and efficiency. In 2025 alone, Mogo România provided financing exceeding 38 million euros, and in the first quarter of 2026, it financed over 11.5 million euros.

Business Garden Bucharest, where Mogo has settled, is a premier business hub that provides around 43,000 square meters of office space and fosters a diverse community of international and local companies. Located in the Orhideea–Grozăvești area, it is part of the broader Centru-Vest zone of Bucharest, which features approximately 629,000 square meters of modern office space.

Vastint România, the company behind Business Garden Bucharest and Timpuri Noi Square, has been active in the local market since 2008. With a total lettable area of 95,257 square meters, Vastint's portfolio will expand to approximately 155,000 square meters after the completion of the second phase of Timpuri Noi Square, expected in the fourth quarter of 2026. This growth signifies a vibrant future for both Mogo România and the surrounding business community.
