Florin's journey inspires hope as he prepares for Miss & Mister Deaf Universe in Thailand

Florin, a determined young man from Târgu Neamț, is ready to represent Romania at the upcoming Miss & Mister Deaf Universe competition in Thailand this November. With dreams of winning the title, he is raising funds, needing approximately 6,000-7,000 lei to cover the costs of participation.

Having studied at Liceul Tehnologic Special Bivolărie for 13 years, Florin graduated in 2020 and went on to pursue a degree in Social Assistance at the University of Pitești. He also completed a master’s program focused on 'The Mission and Service of the Church through Mimic-Gestural Language'. His academic journey is a testament to his resilience and commitment.

Florin's remarkable achievements include winning the title of Best Photogenic Mister at the Miss and Mister Tăcere România competition, organized by the National Association of the Deaf in Romania. He went on to represent Romania in Gallipoli, Italy, at the Miss & Mister Deaf Universe, where he won the title of the most charming Mister among 20 contestants.

Despite facing challenges due to hearing loss, Florin has embraced his passion for fashion, stating, "Fashion is where I feel free." He recalls his experience at the Balul Bobocilor as unforgettable, even as he has navigated painful moments of missing opportunities due to financial constraints.

Florin hopes to inspire other young people facing difficulties, believing that "limits only exist when we give up on our dreams." Currently working as a sales assistant at Bershka and living in a rented apartment, he continues to pursue his dreams with optimism and determination.
