Băile Govora hosts the 'MuzA la Băi' exhibition, showcasing the healing power of architecture

Băile Govora is set to become a focal point for architecture enthusiasts with the upcoming exhibition 'MuzA la Băi,' highlighting the significance of architecture in the development of spa resorts. This exciting event will open its doors on the weekend of August 1-2 and will be available for public viewing until September 20.

The exhibition is part of the larger MuzA project, which aims to document the relationship between architecture and the places where people live over the next four years. Curated by Asociația Ideilagram in collaboration with Studiogovora and STOA, 'MuzA la Băi' marks the second stop of the project after its initial launch in Bucharest.

This initiative aligns with Băile Govora's rich history, having been developed at the end of the 19th century as a model for major European spa resorts. The town is renowned for its mineral waters, natural beauty, and architectural charm, all thoughtfully integrated into the healing process.

In addition to the exhibition, visitors can look forward to a variety of free events, including guided tours, architecture workshops for children and teenagers, and multimedia projections. The Hotel Ștefănescu, an iconic building in Băile Govora, will host the exhibition 'Fanteziile vieții bune,' further celebrating the town's architectural heritage.
