Azdren Llullaku is back where it all started for him in Romania, expressing his joy about returning to ACS Mediaş. The 38-year-old forward, who previously played for the team, has signed on after separating from SCM Zalău, another Liga a 3-a club.

Llullaku is not just any player; he was the top scorer of the Superligii in the 2015/2016 season. His experience and talent are seen as crucial for ACS Mediaş, especially after the team fell short of qualifying for the Liga a 3-a play-off last season. Llullaku hopes to lead the team towards promotion this year.

Expressing his excitement about being back, Llullaku stated, 'Mă bucur foarte mult, era şi momentul să mă întorc acasă.' His emotional connection to Mediaş is clear as he noted, 'Emoţiile pe care le simt când sunt aici sunt mult mai diferite faţă de cele care au fost la diferite echipe.'

Llullaku feels a sense of belonging and is eager to contribute to the team's success. He remarked, 'Trebuie să fie un obiectiv, altfel nu poţi face performanţă,' emphasizing the importance of setting goals. He also praised the local talent, saying, 'Sunt aici nişte copii foarte talentaţi.'

As he gears up for the season, he understands the hard work that lies ahead. 'Trebuie să tragem cât mai tare în perioada de pregătire ca să ne atingem obiectivele,' he advised. While he aims to support his team as much as possible, he playfully hinted at his desire to be the top scorer again: 'Sper să-mi ajut echipa cât mai mult, vom vedea dacă voi fi golgheter.' Llullaku’s return to Mediaş marks a promising chapter for both him and the club.
