Anita Petruescu to Perform in Romania with Upcoming Concert 'One Voice!'

Anita Petruescu, a talented jazz singer and composer of Romanian origin, is set to showcase her artistry in her upcoming concert, 'One Voice!', on June 18, 2026. The event will take place at Sala Radio in Bucharest and promises to be a significant highlight in her career.

Currently residing in Rotterdam, Petruescu has made remarkable strides in her musical journey. She graduated from the National University of Music in Bucharest in 2019 and later completed her master’s degree at Codarts Rotterdam in 2022. Her debut album, titled 'All Layers Beneath the Surface', was released in 2024, marking her emergence as a notable figure in the jazz scene.

Anita's musical style is a unique blend of modern jazz infused with theatrical sensitivity and influences from Romanian music. Throughout her career, she has earned several accolades, including the Best Vocalist award at the International Jazz Competition for Youth in 2017 and the Grand Prize at the Bucharest Jazz Festival in 2019.
