Andreea Bistriceanu appointed Partner of Transactions at PwC Romania

Andreea Bistriceanu will step into the role of Partner of Transactions at PwC Romania starting July 1, 2026. With 20 years of experience in transaction consulting, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this significant position.

Throughout her career, Andreea has coordinated financial due diligence projects for both buyers and sellers, demonstrating her capability in navigating complex negotiations. Her work has included assisting private equity funds, local and international entrepreneurs, as well as multinational companies.

Her extensive experience spans various industries, including energy and utilities, industrial products, IT and telecommunications, retail and consumer goods, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, and real estate. This diverse background equips her to handle a wide range of transaction types, including intricate carve-outs and business separations within larger groups.

Andreea holds a degree in Finance and Financial Markets from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest. She is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the UK, and a member of both the Financial Auditors Chamber of Romania (CAFR) and the National Association of Authorized Evaluators of Romania (ANEVAR).
