128 job opportunities available for Romanian workers in the European Economic Area

Romanian workers now have access to 128 job opportunities across the European Economic Area, offering a chance for new beginnings in various fields.

These positions are being made available through EURES Romania, a network that connects job seekers with employers throughout Europe. The announcement was made by the Bucharest Municipal Agency for Employment on Thursday.

Among the opportunities, employers in Norway are offering 45 positions for workers in salmon processing. In the Netherlands, there are 30 openings for truck mechanics, truck drivers, bus drivers, and veterinary inspectors.

Sweden is also looking for talent, with 20 positions available for bus drivers. Meanwhile, Germany has 20 openings for auxiliary workers in vineyards and production roles in meat processing.

Denmark is offering 8 positions for carpenters specializing in wood processing machinery, as well as roles for CNC programmers, welders, and mechanical assemblers. Finally, Malta has 5 positions for a mechanical design engineer, building automation engineer, senior technician, operational processes specialist for the Romanian market, and a quality control chemistry analyst.

The job contracts may be seasonal or permanent, and candidates are expected to have relevant experience and/or qualifications in their respective fields. Basic to good knowledge of the host country’s language or English is also required for these roles.
