Romania to Host Two Major Wrestling Championships in 2027
In a historic move for the sport, Romania will host two significant wrestling competitions in 2027, marking the first time the Romanian Wrestling Federation has organized two major events under the UWW banner in the same year.
The European U20 Championship will take place in Craiova, while the U23 World Championship is set to be held in Brașov. These events will bring together some of the world’s most talented young wrestlers, turning both cities into vibrant hubs of athletic excellence.
